Owner’s Representative with Making Project Work Inc oversaw the Delta Airlines New York Area Airport programs. Primary program was the Renovation and Redevelopment of JFK Terminal 2 and 3. Program included Design development, Construction and Controls management. JFK Program was cancelled due to Delta Bankruptcy declaration.
Upon Bankruptcy emergence, Merger and Nationwide re-branding JFK program scope was reassessed and shifted to renovation and enhancement program. Scope was further expanded to establish Delta’s presence at JFK Terminal 4, JFK Cargo, as well as at LaGuardia and Newark Airports
The JFK program delivered over 100 projects improving customer experience as well as facility, ramp and flight operations.
The LaGuardia program scope included Ramp, IT, minor renovation programs as well as preliminary Design development for Terminal C and D consolidation
The Newark program scope included Sky Club, ramp paving and IT programs
Stakeholder Support
- Primary Point of Contact with Delta Air lines Corporate Real Estate, TSA, Port Authority, CBP and Adjacent Terminal operators in delivery of program goals
- Conducted Weekly Construction Team meetings
- Conducted Weekly and Adhoc meetings with Management, Terminal managers and Corporate Real Estate
- Implemented planning practices that minimized operational and passenger impact at not only Delta Facilities but to adjacent Terminals
- Port Authority managed Tenant design submissions, Rider issues, permitting, delays, inspections and closeout

- Executive Summary dashboard highlighted: A. Program status snapshot, B. Critical issues, C. Project Planning and Design, D. Program issues E. Port Authority Status
- Financials – Weekly , Monthly and Adhoc Reports detailing Forecast and Cash Flow Committed, Invoiced and Payments
- Schedules – Master, Detail, Look ahead updates as well as issues and recovery plans
