TERMINAL (2,3,4) SCOPE :

Interior

Renovation program included Check in areas, Concourses, TSA Security Checkpoints, Hold rooms with Concessions enhancements, Club Lounges, Restrooms, Wayfinding with Spanish inclusion, Re-branding, Vertical circulation, IT Infrastructure, HVAC, MEP Infrastructure as well as collaborative program to facilitate Concessions program

Exterior

Scope included establishment of T2 Commuter Jet operation, Ramp Paving, Roofing at Terminals 2 and 3, Roadway and Bridge repairs, Jet bridge repairs, Facility entrances, Facade repairs, ADA modifications, Branding, Facility Finishes, Security, New Retaining Wall at T2

Environmental

Program conducted with extensive Study and Abatement programs addressing Mold, Asbestos and Lead conditions throughout the facilities as required

Operational

Scope included new and modifications to Baggage Systems, TSA screening rooms, Flight Operations, Pilot Lounges, Ramp Safety and Striping program, VIP Transportation Service, Security Control Operations, T2 and T3 Fire Alarm analog to digital modernization upgrade program, Creation on integrated busing operation between Terminals 2, 3 and 4

CARGO 67 Mothball:

Interior program included MEP shutdowns, removals in coordination with Port Authority, Fire Marshall and TSA

Exterior program included new TSA LOD with Security fencing, Employee Parking Lot retention including power rerouting for lighting, Branding removal, Oil tank removal, Fire Marshall IFC Vacant Building markings, Roof top Aviation Lighting system

AIRCRAFT RON and Deicing Ramp at Buildings 67, 17 and 19

Established RON sites, aircraft ramps for maintenance, parking, deicing, the associated aircraft ramp stripping program and operational support station
