Management Consultant on Delta Air Lines Randolph Project – the Terminal C/D renovation and integration program. Assignment to address project alignment issues among stakeholders working with Construction Management team.
Executed approach to conduct Interviews, examined Project management practices, relationship among the stakeholders with goal to enhance program delivery. Evaluated existing dynamics, practices in real time and the affect on program delivery. Focused on key aspects of program management practices – communication, meeting management, logistics, schedule, change and cost management.
