Data Center Relocation:

Project Management consultant on the Broadridge Data Center mainframe migration from ADP to the two IBM Data centers and oversaw the IT Technical Services management of testing and cutover.

Program included management of over 20 member Technical Services Team (Network, Client Server, Mainframe, Operations, Database and Print) across the US, Canada and Japan in collaboration with Application and Business Development as well as External Client Teams by defining and conducting pre cutover testing, migration practices as well as final cutover activities

Stakeholder Management

  • Established Technology Services Data Center Migration plan, Detailed coordination among 5 work streams, management of communication and testing
  • Conducted Weekly and Adhoc meetings with Application Development, and Client Management as well as with Technical staff defining and coordinating weekly test plans
  • Attended Weekly IBM/ATT status meetings on providing updates

Reporting

  • Dashboard report detailing results to the Primary and Backup Data centers indicating completed testing with results, schedule and issues
  • Detail Testing reports defining results and issues

Global Technical Support Practice:

Provided solution policies and processes to create 24 x 7 virtual Global support team utilizing IT tools and resources in India and United States to address Incidents, Problems and Change Management events

  • Evaluated the existing IT Technical support practices, incident management ,infrastructure capabilities and coordination. Established phased schedule approach to enhance tools, staff, best practices, implement technical solutions and training
  • Presented enterprise reporting, tracking, documenting practices and hand off protocols to facilitate effective and efficient problem resolutions
