Complex logistical program balancing Terminal Management Operations, Facilities, 14 tenant airlines and Concessionaires. This Renovation included introduction of new tenant (Alaska Airlines) as well as coordination with Port Authority and TSA on their agency projects
Established complex phasing plan and developed resolutions to legacy issues, Port Authority code challenges
Created Facilities engagement policy and procedure with electronic notification to stakeholders to enable the scheduling of activities with Facilities support and mitigate operational interruptions
Stakeholder Support
- Primary point of contact to British Airways UK Properties and Project Management Office, Terminal 7 Management, the Port Authority, TSA, Concession tenants as well as Alaska Airlines
- Managed TAA approvals of complex overlapping Design team submissions addressing issues and negotiating resolutions with Project teams and Port Authority
- Coached Project delivery teams and in particular British Airways PMO staff rotated through the project
- Developed and Managed TSA Security construction planning and approvals

- Terminal Management weekly sessions on completed, scheduled work and issues
- British Airways Governance reporting on adherence to BA practices, schedule, risk management, issues, change and coordination of British Airways personnel
- Construction meeting management to review design, existing conditions, construction progress, logistics and schedule
- Port Authority Weekly and adhoc sessions to address TAA and program issues
- Port Authority reviewed and approved reimbursement application submissions to PANYNJ for lease offsets
