Business Operation Area scope included renovation/repairs of Business offices, Restrooms, Employee Lounge, Operational Management spaces, Locker rooms, Service Center, Elevator, USDA and Customs areas, Security/CCTV systems, IT Infrastructure, and Deep cleaning
Cargo Operation Area scope included repairs Loading Dock systems, Scales, Roll-up doors, Ball mat deck, Refrigeration building, Radiant Ceiling and Hasting Heat systems and Established Security zones
EXTERIOR
Scope included repairs to fabric Rub Roof system, Roof Top Fans, Exterior branding, Building CMU wall sealant and establishment of new TSA /PA Security LOD.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Facility owner failure to maintain exterior wall sealing caused excessive interior humidity condition resulting in ‘rain’ and water puddling throughout interior facility. Intervention plan implemented included the temporary installation of environmental control system to dry structure.
